Reid is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and adolescents. He takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy, using evidence-based models that are carefully chosen to support each client’s specific goals and needs. His clinical work includes EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), play therapy for children, and talk therapy.
Reid has specialized training in trauma treatment, including EMDR, and is trained through the Gottman Institute, a research-based approach that helps couples navigate conflict, deepen intimacy, and build healthy, lasting relationships. He also works with clients facing addiction-related concerns and men navigating issues related to identity, relationships, career, and emotional health.
He has extensive experience working with adolescents, having served as a therapist at Three Oaks Behavioral Health in Jackson, Mississippi. Reid especially enjoys working with boys, teens, and young men to address behavioral challenges, develop insight and resilience, and build healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.
