I believe in the healing power of safe relationships. I believe this because I have experienced being healed through therapeutic relationships. I work with all kinds of individuals experiencing things like depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and a loss of self. I use Internal Family Systems and am Level 1 certified. I have significant experience working with children with behavioral problems through play therapy and family therapy.
My practice can bill for Blue Cross Blue Shield and select other insurance providers. We offer a sliding scale for self-pay clients. I work in close connection with the other therapists in my office and feel extremely comfortable referring clients within my office.
